Trade Registration Terms And Conditions

1 . In order to receive trade discount or commissions we must deal with you directly, this requires you to accompany your client during the selection and ordering process.
2 . Trade orders must be placed in the name of your business not in the name of your client.
3 . A 50 % deposit is required to begin manufacturing and the balance due prior to delivery.
4 . If your client makes payment directly with Gorsia, we will be transparent with specific pricing and discounting to be disclosed.
5 . We will not pay a trade commission if your client orders directly form us without advising they are working with you.
6 . Trade discounts are not available with other offers or floor stock clearance items.
7 . Access for delivery and installation is your responsibility. If an order has been approved and cannot be delivered due to access issues Gorsia will not be responsible.
8 . All leather and fabric ordering on Bespoke COM remains with Gorsia.
9 . Gorsia will not be held responsible for incorrect orders that have been signed off.
10 . Gorsia will be not held responsible on orders where your client has changed their mind.
11 . We may contact you from time to time with updates on new product collections, invitations to events.
12 . We reserve the right to cancel your trade approval without notice and without incurring financial or other damages.
